I plan on visiting Chengdu late September to mid October. Are there good Hostels or reasonably priced hotels available.I speak or understand no Chinese.What is the weather like at that time?Thank you for any info.Bill

For the weather, It is not cold at that time. Wear a T-shirt with a coat is enough. If you are going to some scenic spot in mountains or remote area, take more clothes in case of cooler temperture.
