About:Air Pollution

Hi I am travelling to China in mid September to mid October What can I expect?

I'm planning a trip to multiple places during mid September and mid October. I'm visiting Shanghai, Chengdu, Xian, Luoyang and Beijing and was wondering what I should expect in terms of weather and air quality?

Generally, it would be a good time to travel because it will not be too hot and cold at that time in the most cities. Here are the specific weather conditions of these cities,
Xian: sunny, cloudy and rainy; temperature: 55F to 85F; air quality: good
Shanghai: sunny, cloudy and rainy; temperature: 65F to 85F; air quality: quite good
Chengdu: sunny, cloudy and rainy; temperature: 60F to 85F; air quality: good
Luoyang: sunny, cloudy and rainy; temperature: 50F to 85F; air quality: good
Beijing: sunny, cloudy and rainy; temperature: 50F to 85F; air quality: not good
