Hi Mrs.Heather.Need advise.Thanks .l am Malaysia citizen.Will be working in China (get pay by China corporation)But the things is i will not be station in China but instead l will be in Malaysia.Question:-1)Do l need to apply for residence permit?2)Do l need to pay China's Tax?Thanks for your reply.If l do not have the residence permit,1)Will my income tax deduction(%) is higher compare to l have a residence permit?2)How to qualify for a residence permit?Thanks for your information.

Ms.wong, you work in Malaysia rather than China, so I guess you needn't gain a residence permit. I think you should pay China's tax because you get pay by China corporation.
