Ya, can I bring along our own wheelchair to CHina for my mother convenience.

Does your wheelchair have the battery? If yes, I am afraid that it will be a problem when you take the domestic flights in China, if possible, you’d better bring a wheelchair pushed by hand without battery. That will be ok. Wish you a pleasant journey.
