Most of the cruise ships will stop sailing due to the low water level in winter, except for the Victoria cruise, which is a luxury 5 star ship and the price is high. Moreover, it is easily canceled due to the water level. So if possible, you’d change your tour date to a later time and the scenery along the River will also be much more attractive.
