Health keeping on travel

1. Avoid eating seafood that is not completely cooked. This is most important.
2. Avoid drink water straight from the tap. Boil the water in coffee kettle and store it in water bottles to carry with you.
3. Avoid eating food sold from open-air street carts. If you find street food enticing and you want to try, buy those that are just off the stove and is thoroughly cooked and steamy hot.
4. If you want to be very sure, always choose hot cooked food and hot beverages. Cold food and beverages are ok if they are sold in hotels, stores or packaged.
