Get to Shanghai Railway Station by airport bus and then catch the train to Taizhou, 5-6 hours. Or get the bus station at Hanzhong Rd, Xujiahui or Zhongshan North Rd to catch the bus to Taizhou. Suggest you go to Shanghai long-distance Bus Terminal, it has more buses. :)
