About:Chinese Embassy in France

Hello- I am a Canadian citizen currently visiting my boyfriend in France and am on a tourist visa. I wish to go to Hong Kong directly from here. My trip is for four weeks. What do i need to have a visa issued for Hong Kong? And is it possible to go to the consular office in Marseilles as I am in the south? Merci.
