About:Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan

Dear Sir

Could you please let me have the opening hours for the visa section at the consular office in Almaty? I tried to call but did not manage to get through.

Can I download the visa application formular from the internet?

The office hours are the same as that of the embassy's office hours: ((09:00-12:00)Monday-Friday.
