About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I'am supposed to apply for a single entry visa for a job in China, Huludao province. I have a copy of LOI from Jinxi, PetroChina. Will the following be enough to secure a visa;
1. Passport
2. Letter Of Invitation
3. Two-way air ticket (for scheduling)
4. Hotel reservation (for confirmation with the Contractor)

You will come to China just for a job interview or you will work for the Chinese company. If the answer is the latter, you need a Z visa( work visa). The above-listed documents are not enough to secure a Z visa for China.
