About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

If I apply for rush basis ($140.00), can i send in 9:00 am and collect the same day. When can I collect, morning or afternoon.

The regular processing time is 4 working days. For express service, additional fees of RM140 for 1 working day processing (pick up on same day 4:30pm-5:00pm).
