URGENT !!

Hello ! I am an american student who is going to be in Japan on friday. I could not get my visa for China done in time before my departure, here in Los Angeles. I was wondering if I could have it done rushed in Japan because my fellow students and I are only staying a few days in Tokyo and then going to Osaka. Is there a way that they can mail my visa from Tokyo to Osaka at my hotel ? How long does it take if it is expedited ? And how much will it cost ?
