About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi. My mother worked in china for abt a year or 2 in the 90's. Now she found out that she would be needing a police clearance for her US immigration ASAP. Can you tell us how to go about this short of her/any of us going to china herself? Does the chinese embassy issue police clearance or a document that is equivalent to this?

Your mother should go to the local public security bureau where he has been working to get the police clearance report.

Thank you for your reply Mr Wan.
The problem is, my mother is here in the philippines, not in china. Does it mean she has to go to CHINA to get the police clearance? Is there no other way?

Ms. karina, I am not sure, but it won't be easy if your mom does not go back to apply in person.
