About:China Embassy in Japan

Hello,

I am a Srilankan citizen with a Srilankan passport and a long time resident in Japan.I have a valid visa (Japanese spouse) and have been to HK a few times before the policies were renewed(no visa was required previously). My current employer wants me to join a 5 day corporate training session in HK in June. Can you kindly advise me what documents I need to submit to obtain a visa that would allow me to join this training? I also would like to know how long this process takes. Thank you.
