About:Shanghai Taxi

Hi,
I'll depart from Auckland and change the plain in Shanghai for Istanbul.There'll be 13 hours stop at the air port.My question is if I can go and visit the Shanghai down town during this period.

I think you have to stay at the airport during the 13 hours if you hold the Turkish Passport~
