Hello! I am a French citizen going to Thailand for 2 weeks, then to Beijing for 5 days, pls confirm that I can make a tourist visa for China from Bangkok and that it can be done express in 1 day. Does it mean I have to go on the first day and pick it up the next day, or is it the pick up on the same day? Are there some closing days for the embassy in May 2009? Thank you very much!!Natsuko

You can collect your visa the next day after your sumbitting. On May 29, the embassy will be off work. It is the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival.
