I'm trying to call this number in china from Chicago 011-86-130-515-XXXXX I keep getting a message that is the worng # what am i doing wrong?

You are in Chicago. So, why did you add 011 before 86? You should add 00 before 86.

By the way, 011 is for Canada, not the United States.

Hi, Evelyn again! I'm so sorry for my wrong reply to your question. It's correct to add 011 before 86. So, you are right. Maybe, just there is something wrong with the cell phone numbers?
