About:Beijing Nightlife

I intend to travel to Xinjiang from 14 Sep to 1 Oct. I was told it's not a good time to visit the Bayinbuluk
grassland by then as it will be cold & windy & the grass will be dried & yellow. Is it true? What is the best time to visit Bayinbuluk then?

If to see the grassland, I suggest you go to visit in Summer. June to August is better. You may meet the Nadam Fair too. It is usually held in lunar June.
