About:Taiwan Weather

we wish to travel to TAIWAN Around 25-2 nov 09, is it save to travel? How the weather at that time? mostly we are at taipei area,is hotel cheap there? what about foods & transport? where to find the cheap one?can you introduce the nice places to us? tq

Nove is somewhat cold in Taiwan for the rainfall sometimes, but has nothing to do with traveling. The hotel price varies greatly in terms of the different classes.
