About:Taiwan Weather

I intend to visit Taipei during 16 to 20 Oct. Can someone advise me what is the weather like ? How many degree celcius please ? i inderstand that during this time is the typhoon season in Taiwan. Is it suitable for us to do outdoor activities? Is it true cold season starts on November? Thanks

Please take it easy! Although it is a little in October, this city doesn't enter into winter then. Outdoor activities are available~
