White Horse Temple is the first buddhist temple while Buddhism was introduced into China in Eastern Han Dynasty. Reportedly, the monk sent by the emperor to Tianzhu, today's India, and brought to China many sutras on an white horse's back. Perhaps, it is the horse of the picture above. He,he.0
