i need some info regarding how to get train ticket
schedule from chengdu to chongqing for 2 person on 12 may 2009 .,
can give info how to book the ticket how much the price for 2 ticket soft sleeper top range one .
and where is the agent that we can book the ticket
and pay by credit card .,

From Chengdu to Chongqing, the time schedule is 05:42, 07:53, 08:18, 09:21, 10:30, 12:21, 13:10, 14:31, 15:35, 17:43, 18:12, 19:52, 20:33, 23:22 and 23:25. Why don't you use the train search function on this page? It can tell you which train you can take. The soft sleeper on the top range costs CNY206. Sorry, I don't know any ticket agencies. You can purchase the ticket at the Chengdu Railway Station in advance of three days before your departure. If you are still not clear about it, you can write here to me.

Hi Mr Yoshua,

I've travelled that stretch a few times and it's quite a nice trip, lots of interesting scenery as it follows the Yangtze for a lot of the way. Soft seat is adequete during the day and soft sleeper overnight. If you're elderly, I'd suggest forking out the extra to get the lower bunks which cost a little more. Watch out for pickpockets in Chengdu station.
