About:China Train

On one of the websites it is indicated that Beijing-to-Shanghai D301 train is leaving from Beijing South station, while D305 is leaving from Beijing Central. Is this information correct or they both leave from Beijing Central? The same site indicated that D305 has no soft sleepers, which I assume is a mistake, but would like to verify.

Thanks

There are four railway stations in Beijing, including Beijing Station, West Station, South Station (at Yongdingmen Gate) and North Station (at Xizhimen Gate). D305 and D301 both start from Beijing Station. You can go to Beijing Railway Station by subway or by Buses No.44, 9, 10, 103, 104, 713, 1, 4 and 20. Really, D305 has no soft spleeper. But the D trains are usually very comfortable. At the same time, due to high price of the ticket, few people choose them. So, I think it's not crowded in the train.
