How about other places in that area? Such as Linxia or Hezuo or langmusi or the Gan nan da cao yuan area in general? Can foreigners go there or are they also closed? Do you know? Thanks a lot!3

Is Xiahe closed; the answer was for 2009. This is 2011. I am going to langzhou in April, and had anticipated a trip there...thank you.
