About:Shanghai Hongqiao Airport

I will fly to Pudong from Chicago in June, then from Hongqiao to Qingdo city Shandong. I am wondering if I can buy ticket right there in Hongqiao airport and price is same to foreigner and Chinese citizen? Thanks.
