About:Shenzhen Travel

Ni Hao! I'll be in HK for 12 days in April (2009) and didn't plan to visit SZ at all thinking it wouldn't be possible due to the visa requirements. but thanks to your comments, i see it is possible. Is the SZ tourist visa valid only for the SZ city or the whole region? I would love to see some small villages and country side.

Valid for the whole region, as well as some other places around Shenzhen. As far as I know, If visiting the cities in Pearl River Delta of mainland through Hong Kong within a stay of 7 days, visa is not needed. For your reference.
