About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am from the Philippines and plan to go to China via Hong kong.

I will take a plane form Manila to Hong Kong and take a ferry to Shenzhen. I the past, I would apply for a VISA at the Imigartion Office at the ferry port in Sheiku or Fuyong. I would like to ask if this is still possible now or have the rules been changed after the Olympics?

You can still apply for a visa at the entry port. After the Olympics, the visa rules were normalized as before.

Would there also be a Immigration office at the Train Stations if I plan to go into China by train from Hong Kong?
