About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Hi,
I'm not sure I have the right place for my questions. Please advise me.
I'm British, and married to a Chinese national. We're currently living in the UK (she's on a spouse visa), but we want to move back to China.
If we have kids here in the UK, will it be a problem taking them to China? Will I be able to claim my UK pension abroad? How difficult will it be for us to get visas to visit the UK??

I think it won't be too troublesome for you to get an UK visa since you are still British nationals. Now, what is the nationality of your kids? Chinese or British?

Thanks Mrs Cathy,
My wife isn't a British national, she's only here on a spouse visa which will expire in less than 2 years. We're not sure it's a good idea for her to apply for a British passport, as we wish to live in China. We don't have kids yet, but if we have them in the UK, does that automatically make them British nationals, and if so, what kind of visas would we need to get for them when we go to China??

Mr.Duncan, If you and your wife want to live in China, I advice that your wife neen't apply for a UK nationality. The truth-Your wife is Chinese, which can help you get a permanent or long-term residence permit in China. You still can claim your UK pension abroad.
If you have kids in UK, you'd better make them British nationals. It won't be a problem for your kids to China because their mom is Chinese. You and your kids can apply for L visa for family visit to go to China. You and your kids are UK nationals, then your wife can easily get the visa to visit UK. So the best choice is you, your kids are UK nationals, your wife is Chinese.
