About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Dear Mrs. Rose,

Thank you very much on your prompt response.

As of now my husband's visa is an employment/working visa on his previous company. And it will expire on March 30. He resigned and then he happened to found another company to work with. He's new employer is arranging his new visa in china but they are requiring him to submit a certificate of employment from his previous work. The problem is that up to now his previous employer still not releasing the document he requested. My husband is worried because he had only a limited time. Is it possible for him to arrange his visa in China since it will expire in 5 days time or he will get back in the philippines and arrange here? Please if you have an answer to this question I would appreciate it. Or if you have any suggestions regarding this matter please let me know.

Thank you very much in advance.

Mrs Elena,
Your husband's case is a little complicated. Since your husband's new employer want a certificate of employment from the previous employer, the best solution is to ask you his previous boss to issue an employment proof. It is not a difficult take. The previous boss just needs flip his pen.
