I am arriving in shanghai on 31st March 2009 at 20.10 pm and wanted to travel to down town (No. 500 North chengdu road).  what will be the approximate taxi charges or other convienient mode of transportation.

You need to pay about 200 rmb from the airport to downtown Shanghai. My friends paid 170 from Shanghai Railway station to Pudong Airport. Take airport bus. It stops late in the evening. Take airport Line 5 and get off at North Chengdu Rd (four stops).
