My wife wish to travel to Shanghai in April to visit our daughter and family.  We live in Geneva, I am Swiss and my wife, German.  I understand that we will need to make two visits to your office in Berne.  What I would like to know is can I go to Berne taking my wife's application, or do we both need to appear in your office?
