About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am a Belgian citizen, staying in Japan for a couple of months. (I had a Chinese resident visa for 6 months last year, while I was working for an airline in Shenzhen). As I start now to work for a Japanse Airline, I'd need a one year visa for China, as Airline Crew . The airline will support my request with a letter confirming I will be one of their crew members.
1.What else should I bring to the ambassy ?
2.Am I going to pay 12.000, like for others One Year Multi-entries visas?
3.Not familiar with Tokyo, could you please tell me wich train station is the closest to the ambassy?
Thank you,
Have a nice day,
Xaviert

You want to apply for C visas. Generally, C Visas are conducted according to relevant bilateral visa agreements for crewmembers on planes and seamen on shipboards of international transportations.

The airline you workied for is a private airline or a big state-sponsored airline. Crew members working on private or charter planes are required to apply visas with business letters from their employing companies. Only after the flying permits are obtained from relevant Chinese authority could the said crew visas come into effect.
