About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello. My sister is working in HK. But her passport and employer's contract state that she is single with one(1) kid.She is legally married to her husband. When her child and husband visit HK, how can she extend/show her support to them when they apply for a tourist visa, i.e. documents needed? Her husband & kid will stay in HK for a month.

Only for a month? She just needs to provide the evidence of the kinship (birth certificate and marriage certificate) and your latest bank statement that can prove you the ability to support them.
