About:China Visa

Dear sir,
I need some information for my sister who is getting married to a Pakistani national guy living and working in Shanghai.My sister is also a Pakistani citizen. They are getting married in April. I want to know;
If she will need a Visa?
How long will the process take?
How long does it take to get a visa interview after you apply for the visa?
What documents does she need to take with her to the interview?

Where is your sister currently reside? Which country's passport does she hold? They are getting married in Pakistan, and then enter into China, Or getting married in Shnanghai?
