About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

I am living in Vancouver, Canada. I only have a Taiwan passport and would like to go to Hong Kong in summer. I will be in Hong Kong for 4 days only, and then will go back to Taiwan. Any way I could get the Hong Kong visa in Vancouver?

Thank You.
