I suggest that you go to Mutianyu great wall. There the wall is comparatively flat. And you can take a cable car..

Of course, i have been myself and i have a heartt condition myself, and when i visited there in the 6 weeks holiday, i found it a memorable experiance there are always first aiders if needs be but i was completley fine. You would be a fool to miss your oppertunity.

Many thanks

Yes, you do not have to walk so much. You can make it slowly or remain at the level spots. But it is a very thrilling experience to be there.
