About:China Visa

Hello,

I'm student in China but the fact is that with a F visa we can't go abroad. So I want to apply for a Residence permit but I don't know if a student could apply for it.
I heard that a person with a F visa could apply for ponctual autorisation to go abroad, is it right?

Thank you for your answer.
