About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I have a friend who holds a malaysian passport but is a singapore permanent resident. Can he get an express visa to China for 4 days if he apllies personally on Monday morning 2nd March 9am and collect the following afternoon 3rd March because we have blocked a flight to Guangzhou on 4th March 8am for a golf trip and returning 7th March 5pm return flight. Thanks

He can get the visa, but he has to pay additional fees for the express service. It's better for your friend to go to the embassy ask about the express service. The officers will tell him the pick-up date.
