I have a friend who holds a malaysian passport but is a singapore permanent resident. Can he get an express visa to China for 4 days if he apllies personally on Monday morning 2nd March 9am and collect the following afternoon 3rd March because we have blocked a flight to Guangzhou on 4th March 8am for a golf trip and returning 7th March 5pm return flight.
