About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

To whom it may concern:

My name is Albert Lee and I am a Canadian residence. I shall be travelling back to China on coming March to get marry. I was divorce last year in Toronto and retain my certificate of divorce through the court system here. But I just found out last week from your Mainland China office for marriage license that I need to bring my certificate to my local China Embassy to get approval or even get a letter. I am totally not aware of this procedure and I need help. Can someone call me at 416-708-8100 to assist me. I have on problem if there is any service fee involved. Please help! I am leaving for China on March 12, 2009 and I need the additional document.
