hi im regina,my friend want to apply for a tourist visa what are the requirements, and how much she will spend for the visa? but she stay in dubai for 20 years and she had a business visa in china before but now she cannot get in dubai is it possible that she can get a visa here in philippines for china when she go back here in phils. from dubai?

She can apply for tourist visa in Dubai if her visa is still valid, but the consular officers have the right to refuse her application. She can go back to Philippines to submit the application.
