About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

My boss ask me to apply for a visa to china. Can I fill up the form by hand and not type in the details on his behalf ? After this, how do I submit the form? Can I submit on his behalf?

You can fill up the application by hand and on his behalf. Submit it to the Chinese consulate or embassy in your area.
