good morning, my mother in law use to work in hongkong,she went back home for good since sept. 2001.
my mother in law and her family has an application for permanent resident in canada and one of the requirement is to have a certificate of no criminal conviction.She have given 45 days to complete her requirements. Do you have such kind of service issuing this certificate of no criminal record. please tell me how and how long it would take.
