traveling to shenzhen in march, can you get a china visa before entering into shenzhen

Traveling to Shenzhen in March, can you get a China visa before entering into Shenzhen and if so what is the cost.  Also looking at traveling to Changping any suggestions you may have over in that city.  Thanks

you can ask for Visa in Hong Kong. Usually it's very easy to get. Takes about 3 or 4 days and the cost depends what type of visa you want. Single entry visa should be about 400 HK$.
