Which train station is more efficient (in term of time)to go to Suzhou
after arriving at Pudong International airport at around 6.30 p.m.??

Almost all of the trains to Suzhou leave from Shanghai Railway Statoin. You could take one easily. The last one departs at 23:24. The airport bus Line5 will lead you to Shanghai Railway Station directly. So, don't worry!
