I was in Shenzen for 2 days  and 5 days in Hong Kong. I stayed at the Best western for US$70. book thru their website for the best deal Lohu is greast for shopping. I was told it is dangerous to venture out from the shopping mall at the station. Is this true? where is the best place for shopping in shenzen. where are the department stores? Are the best dressmakers at the shopping mall at the station. Best way to get to Shenzen from HK is by train and get off at Lowu. You will need a visa which you will get at the border.

The best place for shopping in Shenzhen is the Mixc(Chinese call Wanxiangcheng) which adress is BaoAn Road South, ShenZhen.And the CITIC City Place is also the best place which adress is Shennan Road on the other side of the CPC Shenzhen committee.
