About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

My husband and I are staying in Germany for Feb. and in Austria for March. In Apr we will fly to Shanghai, then travel to Hong Kong, then to mainland China. Our home is close to Toronto but our son lives in Ottawa. We intend to mail him our passports and visa applications. Is it possible for him to take these to the Visa section of the embassy in Ottawa?

Yes, it is possible. Finish your own visa applications and sign your names, he can help handling the visa for you with them and passports.
