About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Hello,

My family (myself, husband, kids ages 6,4,3) will be going to Hong Kong/China Zhuhai)/Macau along with my parents. Can we get a group visa? If yes, do we always have to be together or can we travel separately. Also, if my parents stay longer will their group visa still be valid even though we have already left the country?

Thank you ,

Ms. Yu

Ms.Yu, yes, you can get a group visa. You should always be together, enter and leave the ports of China at the same time. If your parents will stay longer, the group visa will be expired once you leave China. So they need apply for a seperate Tourist Visa per person in Canada before departure. A tour has at least 5 persons. You, your husband and your three children can organze a tour and get a group visa.
