B) If i dont go with tour agency, how to apply the visa by myself, any extra documents i need to bring/submit to China embassy.
C)If i apply for single entry can i visit to Macao as well?

Mrs.Ng, 1) you can ask the travel agency to apply for the visa on your behalf
2) if you apply for visa by yourdelf, please see the website http://my.china-embassy.org/eng/lsfw/embassyservice/chinesevisa/t174880.htm
3) if you get a single entry visa, you can visit Macau because Indonesian passport holders can visit macau without a visa for 30 days.
