hi, regarding the soft sleeper ones, is it 4 beds together in one closed room ?? and what facilities provided? wc?or bath? or it is open ones? thanks

Yes,you are right,the soft sleeper means 4 beds together in one closed room.No more facilitiy but the comfortable bed :)

there are 4 beds in one closed room, the door can be locked from inside. for some air-conditioned trains or the Z trains, there will be a LCD screen for each bed. No wc, no bath in it.
