You can book your flight ticket now Mr. Charles Rice. There is always ample time for everyone to book tickets 3 weeks before the Chinese Lunar New Year. During the 3 days Chinese Spring Festival, it is not always full as Chinese normally travel back home before the festival and not during the festival.
